Multiple positions available. Food Serving Assistant I and II substitutes: 

Under the direct supervision of the kitchen manager or supervisor the substitute will assist in the following areas: 

• some light preparation of food
• serving food
• sanitation procedures
• supervision of student workers
• quantity control

Must have some knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production, able to respond to instructions and follow recipes, able to demonstrate good public relations with staff and students.

This is an hourly position. Rate = $12.50/hour

NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY:  Varies per day

REPORTS TO:  Nutrition Services Supervisor
